This pressure (medium to deep) is designed to reach the deeper muscles and connective tissue to help with aches and pain such as: stiff neck, upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, sore shoulders, limited range of motion and aid in jury recovery. You should leave feeling lighter, looser, and more relaxed. Therapist will use hands, forearms, finger tip pressure, and if needed cupping therapy. This massage can be 60, 90, and 120 minute with time spent on reviewing pain areas and health history.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. I am certified in cupping and provide different techniques like gliding, stationary, biomagnetic, and facial to fit the need of the problem.

Hot STone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Andria does a combination of stones and hands on massage when using stones.

Reiki with Massage
Reiki is a form of Energy Healing that is practiced in every country in the world. It is being used in Hospitals, Hospice, as well as in private practices and in self-care.
Reiki's purpose is to balance the energy in the body and open each of the chakras (major energy centers in the body). This allows the body to be in optimum healing mode to ease tension and promote healing on all levels-physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
As a trained Reiki practitioner, I typically do Reiki during the last 25 minutes of my 90 min massage session and have received great feedback on the level of relaxation and calmness it provides.
